Do you accept Sezzle?
-Yes, Sezzle is available at checkout for orders over $25.
Sezzle is a payment plan option that breaks up your total into 4 payments, paid every 2 weeks to Sezzle. Sezzle pays the shop the full amount and your order processes and ships as usual. You then pay Sezzle in installments. Using Sezzle does not delay your order.
We also accept Paypal and all major credit cards as well.
When will my order ship?
-Current turn around time is 1-4 weeks (not including holidays and weekends). We strive to ship out orders as soon as they are completed. All items are handmade to order. Once your order has been processed & shipped a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. If you would like to add a rush order add-on to cut processing time to 2-4 business days you can add "rush my order" to your cart here.

How do I care for my bows & clothing?
-Bows: Hand wash or machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle with gentle detergent. We recommend to wash in a mesh lingerie bag to avoid snags. Lay flat to dry.
All apparel: Hand wash or machine wash inside out in cold water, delicate cycle with gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron or dry clean. Dyed items should be washed separately to avoid dye bleed.
How do I re-tie my bow?
You can also send your bow back to us and we can fix it up for you. Just send us an email for shipping information.

What size should I order?
-The headwraps, knots and headbands are available in 5 sizes. It is recommended that you measure your child's head. The material will stretch 1-2".

How long does shipping take?
-All items are mailed via USPS First Class Parcel Service (or International for orders outside the USA). Orders shipped within the USA may take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders will take 7+ business days & vary by destination.
Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
-At this time we only offer one shipping option. You can rush your order to shorten the turn around time to 2-4 business days here.
I am local, can I pick-up my order?
-No, local pickup is not available
Can items be oversold?
-This can sometimes happen with our processing system. If an item ordered is no longer in stock you will receive an email and can either exchange for a different product or receive a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
-Yes we do. Please choose international shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for custom fees, taxes or VAT charges.
My package was lost or destroyed, now what?
-Once an item leaves Rose & Zoe and is in the possession of the USPS it is out of our control. If you believe your package was lost or damaged please contact the post office to file a claim. Please also reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may try and assist to resolve the issue. We want everyone to love their products.
What is the return policy?
